Terms of use

FoundNow is a marketplace that connects people looking for a place with people who have one. We are not a broker, not an agent, and not a party to any tenancy, sale or booking you agree with someone you met here. The agreement for a property is between you and the other side; check the place and the person before you pay anyone anything.

Using FoundNow is free for seekers, and listing is free for owners. We never charge a seeker brokerage.

• You must be 18 or older.
• Your account is yours: keep your phone number reachable, and do not let others use your sign-in.
• One person, one account. Accounts created to evade a suspension may be removed.

A listing is a claim other people act on. By publishing one you promise that:

• you have the right to let, sell or offer the property;
• the price, charges, photos and availability are true, and you will keep availability confirmed — stale listings drop out of nearby search;
• the photos and videos are of the actual place;
• if you are a broker, you say so and state your fee up front.

Listings reported as misleading can be paused or removed, and repeat or serious cases suspend the account. We log every moderation decision.

• No harassment, threats or discrimination in messages or listings.
• No spam, scraping, fake enquiries, or attempts to manipulate rankings.
• No unlawful content, and no using the platform for anything other than genuine property search and letting.

You keep ownership of your photos, videos and text. You grant FoundNow a licence to host and display them so the marketplace can work — that is the whole purpose of the licence, and it ends when the content is deleted, except for copies kept briefly in backups.

We may pause or remove listings, and suspend accounts, where these terms are broken or where the safety of other users requires it. A suspension always has a recorded reason. If you believe we got it wrong, write to us and a person will look at it again.

We work to keep listings honest — availability confirmation, verification levels, reports and moderation exist for exactly that — but we cannot guarantee any listing, and we are not liable for agreements, payments or disputes between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We can end or suspend access as described above. Clauses that by their nature should survive — content licences for the period content was live, liability, disputes — survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so in the product before the change takes effect. Questions: hello@foundnow.in.
